Villas at Coco Plum – Penthouse

Our task was to design the Penthouse Villa at Coco Plum, aiming to create a modern yet inviting space that harmonizes with the natural beauty of the Caribbean environment. The vision was to seamlessly blend clean lines and elegant furnishings with the warmth of natural materials. We selected flooring that was not only practical but also visually stunning, opting for fantastic large tiles that contribute to the overall sense of luxury and comfort in the penthouse.

With a focus on sustainability and sensitivity to the environment, we incorporated hardwood doors, furniture, and flooring throughout the space, along with other natural products and materials wherever possible.

The main living areas were designed to be spacious and comfortable, featuring a large dining area for hosting gatherings, a cozy lounge space, and a well-appointed wet bar and cocktail area for entertaining guests. The master bedroom serves as a luxurious sanctuary, with stunning views, a spacious balcony, and indulgent amenities such as a freestanding tub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.

Additionally, we created two guest suites, each with its en-suite bathroom and elegant finishes. One suite offers beachfront views, while the other provides a serene mountain vista. Flexibility was important, so we included additional rooms such as a walk-in closet and storage areas that could be locked off as needed.

The kitchen serves as a focal point of the penthouse, featuring modern appliances, ample storage, and a spacious layout conducive to both cooking and socializing. We also designed a dedicated laundry room with extra storage space and amenities for added convenience.

Outdoor living was essential, and we designed a full front-facing balcony overlooking the sea, complete with dining and lounge areas for enjoying the breathtaking views. The space feels open and airy, with high ceilings, hardwood rafters, and ample natural light.

Overall, our design delivers a contemporary fusion with a tropical vibe, creating a space where one can vacation, entertain, and live comfortably. The penthouse meets all the needs for coastal living, offering both luxury and practicality in equal measure.
