Introducing Solvei, a truly exceptional beachfront residence nestled along the stunning Southern Belize coast. Our task was to create a luxurious beach home that seamlessly combined modern amenities with breathtaking views while ensuring functionality at every turn. We’re proud to say, we delivered beyond expectations.

Solvei boasts five bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom, along with two half bathrooms for added convenience. An elevator ensures easy access to all levels of the home, including the sprawling lounge and entry foyer, which offer panoramic views of the spectacular pool featuring a captivating waterfall feature. Designed with families in mind, the pool area caters to both relaxation and recreation, with dedicated child-friendly lap areas, a floating yoga deck, and a sunken dining experience.

The heart of the home lies in its state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with integrated appliances and a custom-built stainless steel sink designed for the discerning chef. A spacious island with lower and upper seating provides the perfect gathering spot, complemented by a striking concrete feature table in the dining area. Throughout the residence, hurricane-proof sliding doors and glass windows invite natural light while ensuring durability and safety.

Thoughtfully selected tiles offer texture and style, both indoors and outdoors, with non-slip floors and integrated drainage around the pool area. Shaded areas, including a swinging yoga deck, provide respite from the sun, while ADA-compliant features ensure accessibility for all guests.

Entertainment abounds on the second floor, where a gallery of artwork by Belize’s most renowned artists sets the stage for leisure and relaxation. A media system, controlled effortlessly by iPad, enhances the ambiance throughout the home, while wet bars and entertainment areas cater to every need.

The fifth floor boasts a luxurious master bedroom crafted from dark Russian oak, complete with a desk and built-in closets. Beautiful sheers and blackout curtains allow for full relaxation, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort.

The upper deck features stylish library furniture, handmade from imported materials by a unique designer. Crafted with velvets, steel, and buckle straps, these pieces add a touch of sophistication and uniqueness to the space.

Throughout the home, contemporary, modern, and unique features seamlessly blend with the tropical environment, striking a perfect balance between techie and traditional aesthetics.
