Hannah Cowell Designs has once again demonstrated their mastery in creating exquisite, artisanal spaces with their project—a stunning beach house nestled along the shores of southern Belize. Collaborating closely with the owners, Hannah infused the home with a blend of beauty, practicality, and local charm. From concept draft to completion, including redesigning the kitchen space and overseeing the installation of all furnishings and housewares, this project was meticulously crafted to ensure a move-in-ready experience for the owners. At the heart of the design are three luxurious bedrooms, each meticulously crafted to provide comfort and privacy. Intricate mosaics, sourced from across borders, adorn the entryways, lending a touch of elegance to the space.

The house seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living, with inviting sitting and dining areas both inside and out, complemented by comfortable swings and lounges overlooking a picturesque pool. Marvelous and beautiful glass mosaic tile covers the full beachside interior of the pool, adding a touch of sophistication to the outdoor space. Even the collaborative work on landscaping here added to the final result, creating a seamless transition between the lush surroundings and the exquisite design of the home. One of the standout features of the home is the custom-designed organic handrails, which wind their way through the exterior balconies and stairwells, culminating in the grand staircase leading to the master suite. These handrails, coated in a durable yet aesthetically pleasing dark brown metallic paint, serve as both functional elements and works of art. Inside, the kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting high-quality appliances, a stunning granite stone counter, and a charming farmhouse sink. The bathrooms are equally impressive, featuring stone sinks, glass showers with mosaic tile, and beautifully finished cabinetry.

Artwork sourced locally, along with the client’s personal pieces, adds a unique touch to the interiors, while soft furnishings in hues of lemon and citrus infuse the space with warmth and character. Carved glass entry doors, adorned with local flora and fauna, welcome guests with a touch of tropical elegance.
